ACT 2 Fitness Through Spokane community Collages 

  • These group classes are to help each person stay moving or become active once more. 

  • In the class, each person will work on balance, flexibility, body awareness and improving strength and cardiopulmonary function. 

  • I will also be taking into account the abilities and/or special needs of those in this class.
